Estate Management
There
is a Board of Directors elected annually at
an AGM to oversee the maintenance and management of the
estate. Directors are unremunerated and voluntary, we always
welcome new members and suggestions.
JJ Homes act as our Managing Agents and are to be
found at www.jjhomes.co.uk. Our Estate Manager is Jason Hall who can be reached on
the main JJ Homes telephone number - 020 8296 0181.
Christine Tait is our estate
Caretaker
and works on the gardening, cleaning and generally
'looks after' the maintenance of the estate for us on a day to day
basis.
Newsletters are published approximately quarterly to inform the residents of
new developments on the estate and important contact
information.
A monthly
service charge is levied to cover a variety of costs including the
maintenance and management of the estate, the service charge is managed by
JJ Homes.
Heron Wharf Management Company is responsible for the
large blocks of flats on the right as one walks down Bream Close and the
block beyond the railway bridge. This was the first part of the
estate to be built.
Heron
Wharf
(Phase 2) Management Company
is responsible for the small 'Courts' at the front of the estate.
Heron Wharf Residents Association is a third company which all flat owners
of both the first and second phase are members and, in addition, the
owners of the private houses and the houses and block of flats owned by
Circle-Anglia. The boards of the respective companies work as a
combined board.
